STORY TIME: This blend is so named because we are a family company, and as such we argued fiercely over the recipe for a few months before we took our top 4 blend options to the public to settle our dispute: If you’re wondering, neither mom nor daughter’s recipe was the favorite. The half-and-half compromise blend won the people’s favor. Maybe there’s a lesson in that….. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

ingredients: black tea + ginger + anise+ cardamom+ cloves + allspice + black pepper + cinnamon

Steep 1 heaping tsp in 6 oz HOT water 5 min. Add milk and/or honey if desired. Add mylk and/or agave if vegan.

Alternative brewing method: Add 1-2 tsp per 8oz filtered water to a pot, boil for about 10 minutes. Store concentrate refrigerated in closed contained up to 8 days. To use, just heat it up and add milk and honey etc to your heart's content.
